These Terms govern your use of structure-style.com and its booking and quote-request forms. By using the site you accept these Terms. Structure & Style Construction, LLC is a licensed Michigan residential builder (MI Builder #262600710). Effective July 23, 2026.

Any price, quote, or estimate shown on or generated through this website is preliminary and not a binding contract. Pricing depends on a site visit and may change. Work is performed only under a separate written Residential Work Agreement signed by you and Structure & Style Construction, LLC, which controls over anything on the website.

Submitting the booking form requests an appointment. It does not guarantee a date or price and does not obligate you to hire us, or us to take the job, until a Work Agreement is signed.

Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please provide accurate details so we can reach you and quote correctly.

The Structure & Style name, logo, photographs, and site content are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

The website is provided as is. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the site is error-free or always available. Warranties on our construction work are stated in the signed Work Agreement, not here.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Structure & Style Construction, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits any right you have under the signed Work Agreement or under Michigan law that cannot be limited.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by Michigan law, and any dispute about the website will be handled in the courts of Genesee County, Michigan.
